Welcome to our website! Before placing an order with us, please take a moment to read through the terms below. By ordering from us (online or via email), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 

1. Ordering 

You can order our doughnuts directly through our website. Occasionally, for bespoke or custom orders, we may accept orders via email. 

Please make sure all details are correct before confirming your order — especially delivery address, product selection, collection location, and contact information. Once your order has been placed and paid for, it can’t be changed or cancelled unless you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or collection date. 

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email receipt or order confirmation. This means your order has been accepted and is being prepared. 

2. Delivery & Collection 

We offer nationwide delivery through our trusted logistics partner Legion Express Logistics, who work with DHL and APC to get your doughnuts to you. 

Once your order leaves our bakery, it’s in the hands of the courier. While we do everything we can to make sure your doughnuts arrive on time and in great condition, we cannot be held responsible for courier delays or issues once the order has been collected from us. 

If your doughnuts don’t arrive on the scheduled date, they’ll usually be redelivered the following day — and don’t worry, they’ll still taste amazing! 

Please check your order upon delivery and let us know within 24 hours if something is wrong. We’re always happy to help if something goes wrong — just email us at info@doughnottsofficial.com with your name, order number, and delivery postcode, and we’ll do our best to help sort it. 

If you’ve chosen collection, please make sure you arrive at your chosen time and location. We can’t take responsibility for missed collection slots or orders not picked up on time. 

3. Refunds, Exchanges & Returns 

We handmake every single doughnut fresh to order, and because they’re a perishable product, we don’t accept returns. 

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be offered at our discretion. 

We can’t offer a refund if: 

  • You entered the wrong delivery address or collection location 

  • You ordered the wrong product, flavour, size, or quantity 

  • You changed your mind 

  • You didn’t contact us at least 48 hours before delivery or collection to request a change 

If there’s an issue with your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing info@doughnottsofficial.com. We may ask for proof of purchase and photos of the problem so we can investigate and put things right. 

We know how disappointing it is when something’s not right. If your doughnuts arrive damaged or defective, email us with your order number, name, and clear photos, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible. 

Please remember — our doughnuts are completely handmade, so small variations in shape, size, and decoration are totally normal. 

4. Allergens & Dietary Information 

Our doughnuts are made in a bakery that handles nuts, milk, eggs, gluten, and other common allergens. While we take care to minimise cross-contamination, products may contain traces of these allergens and we cannot guarantee they are completely free from them. 

Customers with severe allergies or specific dietary restrictions should exercise caution and contact us before placing an order. 

5. Promotions & Discount Codes 

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, or special offers. 

  • Discounts can only be used once per customer, unless stated otherwise. 

  • They must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed. 

  • Promotions can’t be used with other discount codes unless explicitly stated. 

  • We reserve the right to withdraw or change promotions at any time. 

  • Discount codes do not apply to delivery fees, gift cards, or custom/bespoke orders (unless specified). 

Free Delivery Over £50

  • Free delivery applies to online orders of £50 or more when purchasing any boxes of doughnuts.

  • Minimum spend of £50 must be reached before any discounts are applied.

  • Offer applies to delivery orders only.

  • Delivery will be free at checkout when the qualifying spend is met.

  • No promo code is required.

  • Cannot be used with any other delivery-related promotions.

  • Offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for anything else.

  • We reserve the right to change or end this offer at any time.

6. Gift Cards 

We offer digital gift cards which can be purchased and used through our website. 

  • Gift cards are delivered electronically by email. 

  • They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

  • Gift cards can be used as full or partial payment for online orders. 

  • Any remaining balance will stay on the card until the expiry date. 

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. 

Please keep your code safe — anyone with access to it can use it. 

7. Prices & Payment 

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Full payment is taken at checkout when you place your order. 

Prices may change from time to time, but any change won’t affect an order once it has been confirmed. 

8. Our Responsibility 

We’ll always do our best to deliver amazing doughnuts and great service. However, we’re not liable for: 

  • Delays or issues caused by third-party couriers 

  • Losses that weren’t caused by our direct actions 

  • Indirect or consequential losses (like loss of income or business) 

We don’t exclude or limit our liability for anything we’re legally not allowed to — including injury, death, or fraud. 

9. Website Disclaimer 

We try to keep our website accurate and up to date, but sometimes information may change. We may update products, prices, or availability at any time. 

10. Intellectual Property 

All content on our website — including text, photos, branding, and designs — belongs to Doughnotts Ltd. You can’t copy, reproduce, or use any of it without written permission from us. 

11. Governing Law 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England & Wales. 

(If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring legal proceedings in your local courts.)

14. Black Friday Offer 

Offer: Customers will receive 15% off the price of doughnuts on qualifying online orders placed during the Offer Period.

Offer Period: This promotion is valid from 28 November 2025 to 1 December 2025 inclusive. Orders must be placed within this timeframe to qualify.

Eligible Channels:

Online orders only.
Click & Collect and Delivery orders are both eligible.

Exclusions:

The discount applies to doughnut products only.

Delivery fees are not discounted and must be paid in full where applicable.

No other items or fees are included unless expressly stated.

Usage Limits:

There is no limit to the number of times a customer may use this offer during the Offer Period.

Other Conditions:

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or voucher unless specifically stated.

The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash alternative.

The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the offer at any time if circumstances make this necessary.

Eligibility:
Open to all customers placing qualifying orders through the official online ordering channels.

General:
